Native Grassland Monitoring and Management

Source: Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service

Native grasslands provide many benefits, including wildlife habitat, livestock forage, and watershed protection.  This publication describes different monitoring and management techniques landowners in the Trinity Rive basin can use to ensure the continued health and productivity of their land for agriculture and wildlife.  Many of the techniques described can be used around the state, and by livestock producers operating on introduced grasses.
